本項(xiàng)目位于義烏市佛堂鎮(zhèn)，是綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力最強(qiáng)的義烏市第一大鎮(zhèn)、浙江省中心鎮(zhèn)。地塊占地面積6.312萬平方米，由商業(yè)綜合體及住宅區(qū)二大部分組成，定位為佛堂鎮(zhèn)商業(yè)中心區(qū)，地標(biāo)建筑。
This project is located in fotang town, yiwu city, which is the largest town in yiwu city with the strongest comprehensive economic strength and the central town of zhejiang province. The plot covers an area of 63,200 square meters and consists of two major parts of commercial complex and residential area. It is positioned as the central business district of fotang town and a landmark building.

Design analysis
“千年古鎮(zhèn)，百年商埠”，悠久的歷史賦予了佛堂古鎮(zhèn)濃郁的文化氣息；晨曦的第一道霞光與黃昏落日的余暉，大自然藝術(shù)地呈現(xiàn)給我們光與影的畫卷；“光之門”意以文化之光、科技之光、時(shí)尚之光展現(xiàn)建筑的世界之門。
"Thousand-year old town and century-old commercial port", the long history endows the ancient town of Buddha hall with rich cultural atmosphere. The first rays of the morning sun and the last rays of the evening sunset, nature artistically presents us with a picture of light and shadow; "Gate of light" means the door to the world of architecture through the light of culture, technology and fashion.
